Who does Jesus say He is?
Jesus, the Christ (יהושע) said...
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. If you had really known me, you would know who my Father is. From now on, you do know him and have seen him!” (John 14:6-7)
"I and my Father are one." (John 10:30)
Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again,14 but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”.....The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”
Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am He.” (John 4:13, 25-26)
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." (Matt 7:13,14, 21)

Did you know that Jesus wasn't someone new, just "a son" of God? He was the very Word of the great Creator! Without Him there is no life and the world would not have been formed.
So why did God conceive the Word as His son through the virgin Mary? One answer - the Creator had given man dominion over the world, and only a man could redeem it. But human, flesh-only men and women would never be up to the job. In order to restore what Adam and Eve had given Satan authority over when they ate that fruit - the Word had to become Flesh and make His dwelling among us. And we have seen His glory!
Jesus is the life and the light of men, the promised Messiah redeemer of humanity. Through His death and resurrection, the penalty of all fallen humanity was taken upon His shoulders, and death was conquered once and for all. In Him is LIFE ....
Jesus is so much more than a ticket to heaven.
JOHN 3:16-21
“For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent His Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him.
“There is no judgment against anyone who believes in Him. But anyone who does not believe in Him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.
And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed. But those who do what is right come to the light.

You were created to know God
God created the world - did you know Jesus was there too? He was the word of God that spoke all things into being. God breathed life through His Spirit into Adam, and every person born since has been created in the image of God. YOU are designed to know God and to be loved by Him. Your very breath and heartbeat give witness to God's love for you.
God greatly desires your friendship
After creation, God walked with man, but we wouldn't obey Him and our sin separated us from relationship with Him. For thousands of years people tried to live according to God's righteousness but our efforts were never sufficient. And when life was going good, almost all of these people turned their backs on God despite His faithfulness. We would do the same thing as they did, living a holy life just isn't possible on our own strength.
We needed a redeemer. God wanted us to live free lives and to be filled with His Spirit! He wanted this so greatly that He decided to send Himself. The ultimate sacrifice - an all powerful God, who is outside time and space, humbling Himself to the position of a man, even though He knew we would kill Him for it.
Jesus fulfilled every ancient prophecy about a Messiah.
God promised mankind a saviour, a Messiah, and Jesus was that promise. Isaiah writes:
"By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, in Galilee of the Gentiles, the people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined"
Jesus experienced life with all its pain and suffering - just like you and I. However, He lived a blameless life unlike we could ever do. Jesus performed miracles, shone with wisdom, and loved the unlovable. He set prisoners free and taught us who God really was.
You can be set free
The one true God has three parts - Father, Spirit and Son. The breath of life, gifted to you, is God's presence calling you to salvation through Jesus Christ. So if you are living and breathing, reading these words today, the message of salvation is for you!
It doesn't matter what your religion, status, or lifestyle is right now...Jesus invites you to know Him. You can meet Him right where you are, as you are, honest before God. And if you believe in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, you will be filled with the Spirit of God.
Jesus is coming again
Look around you, just think for a moment about everything going on in the world. The mistrust, unrest, corruption, fear...
Did you know that the bible foretold these things also? In the final book of the bible, Revelations, we see a magnificent depiction of the glory of God's Kingdom and of heavenly beings. But the most important thing it tells us is that the world as we know it will one day end. And in that day, as on the day of death, nobody will be able to save you but Jesus Christ.
The thing is, whether through death or at the end of days, your life on this earth has an expiry date. Some people live their entire lives without knowing the friendship of God. They miss out on so much goodness. Don't let that be you.
ONLY ONE KING
"'Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah,’ or ‘There he is,’ don’t believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones. See, I have warned you about this ahead of time.'" (Mat 24:23-25)
MARK 12:29-30
Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’
REVELATIONS 3:15-18
“I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other! But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth! You say, ‘I am rich. I have everything I want. I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked. So I advise you to buy gold from me—gold that has been purified by fire. Then you will be rich."
RELIGION JUST ISN'T FOR ME...
Religion confuses many people into believing that God expects you to live a blameless and boring life...but this is not the gospel of Jesus! The gospel of Jesus is for those who are tired, burdened, lonely, depressed, confused, angry, demonized, sick, impoverished, weak... not for the put-together religious ones. I know I certainly have never deserved Jesus, yet He has changed my life in countless beautiful ways anyhow.

DON'T WAIT TO ACCEPT JESUS!
Is Jesus/Yeshua calling to you? Somewhere in your soul or your mind or in a corner of your life, does the name of Jesus keep popping up and causing you to pause or feel something? That is God. No one comes to Jesus unless the spirit of God calls them. So if God is calling you...seek and you WILL find...knock and the door will be opened to you.
“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends." (Rev 3:20)
DOES JESUS REALLY WANT ME?
Absolutely! He created you for a purpose and knows you completely
And here is the thing...you won't understand any of this unless God Himself reveals it to you. So if a light has dawned and Jesus is becoming clear, you can be sure that God has offered you this FREE gift of salvation and hope for all of eternity.

To know God, we first meet Jesus and then we repent. Nobody in all of history has been good enough to earn heaven on their own! Eternal life is a gift of God alone. We believe in the true Jesus, who is both the son of God and God himself come in the flesh - the very word of God and creator of the world. We ask for forgiveness and choose to follow God. Then we are to be baptized and to go and share Jesus with others. God fills us with His Spirit and gives us new life - now and forevermore.
OK, I'M INTERESTED
What do I do now? and a sample prayer
Just talk to Jesus. If you are ready, cry out for forgiveness. Don't delay if your heart has been moved and you know that you are a sinner. You don't have a guarantee of life tomorrow, NOW is the time to get right with God and receive His love.
It doesn't matter if you speak the right words or have someone to lead you...Jesus is very near. Feel free to use the scriptures on this website as a guide. You only need to be honest with God and be yourself. Jesus will lead you from there. But here is a simple prayer if you find it helpful:
SAMPLE PRAYER
"God, I believe Jesus loves me! He is the promised one who came to bring me into a relationship with you. He died on a cross for my sin, He arose from the grave 3 days later and He ascended to Heaven. I know that I'm not perfect and can't get to heaven on my own. I want you in my life. I am willing to admit I don't have all the answers and I need forgiveness. I'm willing to let you change me. I believe that Jesus Christ is God and I want to get to know you. Please save me. "
And in Jesus name I pray for you who might be reading this, that you would receive the gift of the Holy Spirit through the power of faith in Jesus Christ, that you would surrender your life and fall into the love of your Heavenly Father. May you find freedom.
